i only gave it a 1 star because the dress wa beautiful. i wa extremely dissatisfied with the rudeness and the way i was treated. we went in february and picked out the gown and received it the week before the prom. with the discourteous treament at that point after there was still a porblem i may not have gotten thhe dress then if i hadn't been insistent. i felt as though once i got my money it was tough luck!!!! it took what seemed like forever for the alterations to be done and then there were still prblems which we got blamed for. all i can say is that whoever plans to get a dress there stay on the ball and bring reinforcement with you to check the dress over with attention yo every detail. after that you may be on your own.hope you don't make a mistake,a very expenive one,too!!!!!!!
