First when i called man who answered the phone he told me this number does not belong to the consulate of mexico, to confirm it i dialed 3 more times got same answer on this number number (816)472-3570, Then i dialed (816)556-0800 I am very dissapointed with their service, I was waiting for someone to answer the phone for 2hours and 5 minutes, no one answered and I was automatically disconected.
