The people running this business, especially the woman owner or co-owner, were abrupt and dismissive the first time we dealt with them but we decided to give them another chance - everyone has bad days. What a mistake! The next time we went in they went out of their way to be rude and unfriendly. It's a very strange way to run a business. I used to feel sorry for them - they never seemed to have anyone going in there. Now I know why.
