When our 14 year old Dalmation got very sick (we thought we were bringing her in to let her go) they were cruel. The vet ignored my two upset children and made us feel like monsters for considering putting her down. She ordered tests and meds. Almost $700.00 later and a week and a half of watching my beloved dog suffer needlessly (she couldn't walk at all or eat). When she took a turn for the very worst we called & they told us to come in. The vet refused to see her. We asked to refill the pain meds until the vet could see her the next day. To get them they insisted on another $300.00 test! We agreed just so she wouldn't suffer. We had to put her down with a different vet the next day. That last test was pure extortion at the expense of a suffering dog. I called to complain and got nowhere. They simply did not care.
