I brought a brand new Sundance Optima - It got delivered Saturday Morning right when they said it would be delivered, but once I got it filled up it wasn't heating. I called the store and my sales person (Bill) told me that the service department is closed on the weekends so the earliest they could be out was Monday. That would have been ok, but Bill tried to walk me through some troubleshooting tips, when that didn't work he came out himself --- got it working, and did a free walkthrough about how to operate it.\r

He took what could of been a disappointment and blew me out of the water with his service. Even though it was all working, the Service Department still called on Monday to let me know they could come by if needed. WOW!
