Elizabeth is always in tune to what I want, whether it's a big change or something subtle - and she'll always talk to you about it before the scissors, or hair dye, start flying! I've tried many local uber-trendy salons, and have been unhappy about something - the cost, snobby hairstylists, having an unrealistic cut or color for my lifestyle. At Tart not only do I get a great (and affordable!!!!) cut and color, but everyone is down to earth and super nice. Try them - you'll be pleasantly surprised!
