I really enjoyed the center. It was a wonderful calming experience and I plan on going back. This is not a place to go if you think you are going to be entertained. If its boring, go play tennis. I felt that I learned alot about calming the mind and staying silent for a time. At the end of the class, we sang which was fun. I told a fun about it and we are ready for another visit.
Pros: The parking was a bit hard to find.
Cons: All the rest of the evening.
