Power Dodge in Valencia has two sales staff-members who were excellent - Chaz and Stacey. The rest of the salesmen appeared to only be interested in making a quick deal. The Sales Managers; Jennifer and Doug were overheard making leud sexual comments and spouting obscenities in front of us. We also observed them yelling and swearing at their sales staff - very unprofessional behavior. Jennifer in particular appeared to be constantly angry and hostile. \r

Their selection of cars and trucks was poor, they had no vans at all and their used car selection was very poor, with only about 15 cars. \r

We observed a green Charger on the lot which we were told was a lemon left there by an angry customer. Apparently the dealership refused to honor the warranty on this vehicle. \r

There is a reason Power Dodge has not achieved a 5-Star Chrysler dealer award. We bought our new Dodge elsewhere and we don't recommend Valencia Dodge...
Pros: Good parking (few customers), clean facility, Chaz & Stacey in sales were excellent!
Cons: Poor sales management, Jennifer & Doug were unprofessional and rude
