I have used this business, which it can hardly call itself, a few times in the last year for my 6 year old mixed dog. The first time she came home very very tired and really hungry. I just thought she had a lot of play time. However, in this instance, there was no mistaking the neglect and the carelessness that transgressed during her last stay at this house of horrors. Last weekend, I left for a short trip from Sunday until Wednesday evening. Upon my return to pick her up at 6PM I was told that she was not there but in fact, at the Animal ER! On top of that, the employee behind the counter could not even tell me exactly what had happened, other than they had ""noticed"" a scratch under her eye. Who in their right mind thinks a scratch requires STICHES, I will never figure out. The fact that NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES were even informed about the exact cause of my dog being sent to the ER, is simply appalling. More so, Biscuits and Bath has yet to call us and explain what had happened or just to check up. No one should have to worry about events such as this when entrusting your dog with a business such as this, whos very reason for existing in the first place is to care for and love your dog in your absence!
