I placed an order for a hat badge on 17 December 2007. I attempted to call 4 times to check on the status of the badge. I spoke with someone once. They told me I would be contacted the following Monday. Yep, you guessed it. No call. I finally got a call on 25 February 2008, ASKING me if I wanted them to order the badge. Odd. You cannot order one without paying for it first. Just over $60 in December, and they want to place the order for it in February? Don't shop here. Go ANYWHERE else!
