This is probably my favorite place to eat and think. Unassuming atmosphere with sincere staff. Food is unlike anything you will find anywhere. They serve organic dishes (vegan/vegetarian options too) that change every day. Unique combinations of exotic fruits and vegetables with fresh spices and herbs. Soups are self-serve, plus they always have cold and hot dishes to choose from. Big variety of items to choose from.. different surprise every day. Be brave and try a little of everything..even if you have never heard of it before you will like it! After getting your food you can go and sit in a number of themed rooms. Great space for the energy-conscious. Unpretentious, great place to talk with friends or eat alone. I have never been disappointed with One World and I will continue to tell friends about it. If you are visiting Salt Lake from out of town, this is definitely one place you won't want to miss.
