Normand's cuts, trims, and packages meats to order. Want the fat trimmed off? No problem! Want it de-boned? No problem! Want it freezer-wrapped in a particular way? No problem! Want your meat waiting for you when you arrive? No problem, just call ahead. And I HIGHLY recommend calling ahead because parking in the neighborhood is really bad, and sometimes you have to stand in line for 15-30 minutes before getting helped. If you can figure out the slow times at the place, you won't have to wait at all. And Normand's even has FREE local delivery.
