I have been to many brazilian steakhouses and I once managed one. This is by far the worst churrascaria I have ever been to. The gaucho's or meat runners are not brazilian and know nothing about cooking the meats. The salad bar was terrible and had strange things like meatballs. Who comes to a steakhouse and pays for steak and eats meatballs. Clearly they are clueless as they do not know in a churrascaria white rice is traditional not yellow rice. I heard the owner is from India or something and this must explain why they don't know what they are doing. If you would like to try a good traditional churrascaria try Chamas in downtown durham at the brightleaf square shopping center. It is owned by two brazilian ladies and most of the people who work there are from brazil. The food is very authentic and the head chef for the meats is from Rio Grande do Sul in south brazil where churrascaria's originated. Avoid Brasa and try a real brazilian steakhouse. If you live in another city Fogo de Chao and Texas de Brazil are reputable chains that are always very good as well. The place is decorated very well if you can stomach the food
Pros: nicely decorated
Cons: food and it is not authentic
