I had the good fortune of using Astra Limo last time I was in Portland for business. My driver, Sergey, was the kindest, most courteous person I have ever encountered. He was always punctual, waiting with an umbrella to escort me through the Portland rain! I only wish that Sergey could drive me everywhere - I would never fly again!! HIGHLY recommended.
