update to review : the owner responded to my message right away, and was very willing to work with me to make me happy. He spent two hours in the evening fixing the cut -- it now looks fantastic. He really took his time, and communicated to me what he was changing and why with each step. He also assured me he would address the needed issues with the stylist, who's not a salon employee.
Pros: the owner is very customer service oriented
