Trying to talk to the owner about their mistake is a big mistake. The owner at the flower box was unhelpfull and I found Pat Donley to be rude. I got the wrong type of flowers sent to my girlfriend and in talking to the owner he was not helpfull at all.
Pros: Pretty flowers on their website
Cons: Rude owner, unfriendly, unable to complete a job correctly and owner doesn't want to take ownership for mistakes.
