Extremly poor customer service! 2/27/2008

I was so disappointed with my recent visit to "Factory Mattress" that I wrote a letter to the Better Business Bearu. I was the only customer in the store standing right at the counter as one employee talked to his friend on the phone and laughed. He told me that the gentlemen in the restroom or back room would help me, which ever. Anyway the store manager comes out of the room and walks into another as if I wasn't there. I being upset asked "Is someone going to help me or do I stand here looking stupid". The gentlemen on the phone, if thats what you want to call him kept talking and the store manager remained in the office. I am a African American male and the two employees are white so you can imagine how I felt as well as what I was thinking. This is not a discrimation is but I sure felt that way. I contacted the corporate office and left the manager a message but of course he never called back. Anyone reading this message please consider taking your business elsewhere when looking for a mattress or futon. Pros: Poor customer service and management staff. Cons: None more
