My sisters and I have been going to Ricardo since the days they were in Downey, CA. They only get better through the years. Just recently I found that while my cousins, who own a franchise of seafood restaurants, were ranting and raving about a florist whom they claimed was the best they've seen in LA, I had been ranting and raving about the exact same florist, Ricardo. No one knew that all along Ricardo was being sought after by members of the same family. We will continue to go to him for all of our party needs.
