Unfortunately, when we need to contact a collision center, it is because we had some bad luck. I have been living in Atlanta for over 20 years. I had my share of accidents. I took my cars to many places including, Kong's Body Shop, D&D Kustom Collision, Wade's Collision Repair and others. Most of the time, I had to bring the cars back due to problems, including waves in the paint, over spray or electrical. About 4 years ago, I was recommended to Collision Works, in Buckhead. The owner, Steve, was very helpful. It didn't appear anything like any shop I'd been to before, it was breathtaking in the office then out the window you could see all the cars they were working on. They had an Enterprise on site to get me a rental fast which was a great PLUS. My experience with their work was so GREAT that I bring my cars there and recommend them to all my friends. They are HONEST!!. They do the RIGHT thing for you. They will make sure the car is fixed 100% the first time and they work for YOU , not for the insurance company. There are even times when I stopped by with help on something little, and their technician came out and adjusted it and when I tried to tip him, he refused the tip. Looking at some of these other reviews I am stunned. Getting into an accident makes some people unhappy but this shop is simply FANTASTIC!!! This is a Customer Service Oriented business, who cares about YOU and your car. Give them a call!! YOU WILL BE REAL HAPPY YOU DID!!!!
