Are you kidding me?! The 5-star reviews of this place had to have been written by employees of this place. When I mention ""Crush"" to any of my friends, they pretty much laugh like I do and say things like, ""That place is awful."" Here's why:\r

The receptionist is rude and has no problem calling customers (me) to say the stylist is running 45 min. late (no apology whatsoever). She told me this, then hung up, leaving me no choice but to deal with it, since they're ADAMANT about charging you if you dare cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. \r

The stylists have ""we're so much better than our customers"" and ""don't bother me"" attitudes. \r

You don't feel welcome when you walk in. You're pretty much told to sit down and wait for the stylist (20 min. in my case, EVEN AFTER THE 45 MIN. late I showed up at the request of the receptionist) No apology whatsoever from the stylist for making me wait so long. \r

The stylist listened to me for all of 30 seconds after asking me what I'd like done, proceeded to cut me off mid-sentence, and started working on my hair. I ended up with over-processed, fried hair. (This has never happened to me, and I've been getting the same kinds of highlights done for 11 years). I just lived with this because I NEVER wanted to go back to that place, and I knew, after how I was treated on the phone and in person, that they'd probably give me attitude and grief if I brought my fried hair to their attention. \r

As for the cost? WAY MORE EXPENSIVE than any other LoDo salon I've been to. ASK FOR FULL PRICES BEFORE agreeing to anything- I CAN NOT belive how much this place charges for such mediocre (and in my case, horrible) service. GO ANYWHERE ELSE IN LODO- stay far away from Crush!!!\r
