Tom Campbell at Woods-N-Water News magazine introduced me to Butcher Boy hams 6 years ago, and since then a Buthcher Boy honey-glazed ham has been a part of my family's holiday traditions. In fact, we've purchased an extra ham this year, for dinner at the in-laws.
