Stay away from the Lakeline Toni&Guy. I used to be a regular with Jamel. My last hair cut made me hate Toni&Guy salon. I looked at pictures from other times I went there and I realized I have been fooled by the nice atmosphere and have been paying $100 for horrible hair-cuts. Jamel over-does the chopping...way too many layers. I had long hair....went in for a trim...he ended up chopping off my hair and making it look super thin even though I told him I only wanted a trim and shorter bangs. My hair is now horribly chopped and layers are way too dramatic.\r
I naturally have lots of hair...very full and healthy looking. In this last hair-cut he used razors to do my layers, which I questioned him about. I do not like razors because I feel like it damages my hair. He told me that is what they do in Europe. \r
So my hair is now extremely unhealthy and brittle looking because of the razor layering. Also, he overdid the layering and made the layers on top waaay too short so now my hair looks way to thin. I hate that he did not listen to how I asked him to cut my hair. He now messed up my plan on having long and beautiful hair for my wedding which is coming up in few months. I am EXTREMELY MAD every time I look at my horrible haircut since I have been growing my hair for a couple years now in preparation for the wedding and now he messed it up right before the wedding.\r
So stay away...Toni&Guy is NOT worth it!
