I got married in 2005 and was referred to Nadine by a friend of my Moms. I made my appointment and took a photo of what I wanted in with me. I wanted a ""Cupcake"" wedding cake. I explained to her what I wanted, how I wanted it to flow and how I wanted the cupcakes decorated. She drew me a picture and I was so excited. I wanted my cake to stand out and be something different from anyone elses. I wanted it to flow like a three tiered wedding cake with the cupcakes topped with yellow roses. When I arrived to my reception hall, the first thing I wanted to see was my cake. What I got and what I wanted, was two different things. Imagine this, take a plate, put a cardboared toilet paper roll on top and place another plate and imagine cupcakes that were small and looked like something a child had made. It did not flow like I wanted it to and it was NOTHING like the photo that I had taken into her and she stapled to my work order. Again, it was not what I imagined and NOT what I paid for. I was very upset and even cried at some point. This woman made me cry on my wedding day. The next business day, I went to her store to discuss the botched wedding cake and found her very defensive and very uncooperative. I even had the photogragh of what I wanted and a photograph of what I received, which you could clearly see were different. She refused to compensate me for her mistake and said that I was the one with the problem. Nadine was very unprofessional and I would not recommend her to anyone. She ruined my wedding cake and that will always stay in my mind and I will forever hold her responsible. If you want a nice cake, DO NOT GO TO HER.
