Read the other reviews, but don't understand them. I have used Northgate TV Service many times in the past 10 years for my televisions and dvd players. Their servicemen are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. The office staff alway worked hard to see that I was satisfied with my service. I have never had a single issue with anyone I have been in contact with from Northgate TV Service. I recommend them if you have a tv problem and will always go to them.
