Wow ... how a year changes things. Used to be our favorite spot for a drink and delicious appetizers. We loved the service & the atmosphere too. But the last 3 times, the drinks were off and the appetizers were no where close to the quality they used to be. We usually never give a place a second chance, but we liked Jasper's and Randi so much that we gave them 3 chances!! Too bad. Hope they make it back to where they used to be and should be.
Pros: Location
Cons: No consistency. Nights where the bartender is off, bus boy or waitress is making the drinks!!
