This place is very gorgeous indeed but I had soo many issues before I even moved into the place but couldn't back down because of fear over losing the deposit. We had issues finding a cosigner that was compliant and met all the ridiculous standards (as recent grads we were allowed this), which is our problem, I understand. However, Christy (I believe) was terrible at giving us accurate information- failed to mention that we needed an account number for our electricity before receiving the keys.. we didn't find out we were good to go until the Christmas eve, I remember asking her if everything was okay, she said yes. We come the 27th to move our stuff with a uhaul from San Marcos but were denied our keys due to this problem, there was nothing that we could do without this account number and Austin energy had been closed since christmas eve, but we had filed for service online. The general staff was pretty considerate about the situation but the manager (Barbara I think) would not even come out of her office to talk to us about it. In reality- not a big deal having to change our move in date but the fact of the matter is that Christy failed to give us important information about move in and Barbara didn't have the decency to even come out of her office although we had asked to speak to her personally. Due to "fair housing laws" we weren't even allowed access to our garage. They tried to turn the situation around on us, I'm not really looking forward to their rudeness in the future, I will be complaining to corporate even if it doesn't really do anything...
Pros: nice and good sized apartments, new, good deal, location
Cons: staff does not know much, manager is rude
