a few years ago this store moved to the shopping area at Johnson Creek blvd and se 82nd av. my recent experiences there sucked. their auto parts inventory is consistently short and the price tags are outdated. i went to buy something anyway and there were 3 cashiers at the service desk chatting with each other. the young woman ringing up my order continued p[aying attention to the idle conversation instead of me. bad habit :( consequently she had to open the register again to make the change that i desired.
the hardware did not fit anyway so i happily returned it (another cashier was at the desk then). And now this marketing chain is out of business. That's what happens when u let yuppies in and engage in marketing instead of pursuit of perfection.
Pros: convenient location, big parking lot, good riddance at last
Cons: ""green"" staff lacks professionalism.
