This past weekend I took my bridal party of 7 to Ann Margaret's to look at bridesmaid gowns. I went there because I bought my wedding gown there and was pleased with the service. This trip was much different. While the store clerk helping us was not very pleasant from the beginning she was the rudest person I have ever encountered.
Pros: Wide selection of gowns.
Cons: Horrible customer service and not so nice attitudes.
