I have been to Martine's many times and have had excellent experiences until recently. Last time I was there the server took fifteen minutes to even come over to our table. No major problems after that until I asked him to wrap my dish of lobster that had over half left. I should have realized that he forgot after I needed to ask for it. When he finally brought it he told me be careful it is hot. This should have been a major clue. The next day when I opened my to go container to heat up the lobster dish there was rice in the container and nothing else. I called and complained to the owner, Martine, and was told there was nothing they could do and it was my fault. Absurd! She said she would look into it and call me back in a few days. I never received a call and will not be going back. The entree was over 30 dollars and a simple apology would have gone a long way. I would not recommend being a patron of a restaurant that does not value its customers.
