spent over $3000.00 for car repairs, and my car is dead was towed there twice and they still couldn't find anything wrong with it. Poor Sevice Manager and Service writer and definetly rude. They put a new/used engine in it and now I have a dead car a week later. My car is in worse shape than it was in and they won't do anything about it. All the display lights keep coming on and they claim they couldn't find the problem. They keep saying it's something else and they couldn't find the problem but each time i picked up my car I paid a bill. Don't buy from them and don't use their service. The Service Manager Matt has a very nice speech how he's going to help you blah. blah.. and he'll also tell you that they don't mark up their parts either...My car is now at another shop..... Once they collect your money they will not take any responsibilty and ignore you. Poor Customer Service and rude Service Writers !! Crooks this dealership is !!
Pros: They will rip you off in the Service Center!
Cons: They will rip you off in sales too, that's sales for GM is at a low 40%
