I called Oakdale when my husband died suddenly. I had never had to deal with this kind of thng before, but my stepson & an uncle 's death were handled here & it was the only one I could think of at the time. I am so glad I did. They made the process easy and I got exactly what I wanted. Absolutely no high pressure sales. Timothy, my Family Care Specialist, was always at the other end of the phone when I needed him, and let me tell you, we gave him a couple of scares! Cool under pressure. I highly recommend Oakdale, would give them 15 stars if I could. Every person we dealt with was kind, compassionate and capable. Not much more you can ask for.
