I thought I was getting a great set of couches, however soon after I got my furniture the zippers started breaking on the back of the cushions and I called them several times over the next 3 years and each time they told me that they would send someone out to do the repair and no one would ever show up. Now they are saying they have no record of that and its out of warranty. I will never buy from them again since they don't stand behind their product, keep straight records, or care that I am now stuck with pillows (the back cushion pillows not decorative) that have turned into bean bag looking things without support. Product feels good and looks good in the store but it cost alot and you will not be able to get help if something goes wrong so I strongly suggest you leave it in store and check out someone like Haverty's who have been great with the furniture I got from them.
Pros: Great looking product in store/ looks like top quality
Cons: It's just like that in the store. No follow up service. No care for customers.
