Studio 34 is great for pilates! Julia is a fantastic instructor. She's very knowledgeable and makes sure you're doing poses correctly. And at $10, classes are affordable, too. Julia also offers private sessions on pilates equipment, which is great for rehabbing injuries and stretching and strengthening different parts of the body. \r

I've found pilates to be very beneficial for running - by strengthening my core muscles, my balance has improved and I feel stronger while running. Pilates has also helped my yoga practice- having a stronger core lets me take poses deeper and hold them longer.\r

Studio 34 is a pretty cool pace, too. Lots of interesting art and just a cool vibe. Highly recommended.
