Horrible Customer Service 10/20/2008

I recently got into a car accident in my 2008 Chevy Malibu. My car was taken to the body shop at Marathon Chevrolet North Charleston, SC for repairs. I was totally disappointed with the service I received. A representative from the body shop contacted the insurance company telling them the repairs on my car were complete. No one from the body shop bothered to call me to tell me my car was done, I found out through the rental car company. When I arrived the at the dealership to pick up my car it was not complete. It was missing a mirror cover. I still had to pay to take my car and was promised the part would arrive the next day. At this point the body shop had been paid full price for an incomplete job. The next day, I went back to the dealership at the time I was told to have the part installed and it still was not in. It has been almost a week and the only thing I received from this body shop is attitude. I am both angered and frustrated and will be filing a complaint. The reps at this shop are more interested in taking the customer's money than actually providing a service. I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
