ANGELA MCDONNALD IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!!!! Three weeks ago I ordered one year worth of product, and I ordered it via telephone through Angela as I always do, because I live out of state. Typically I charge it; however, it was a Saturday (Oct 4) and Angela said she was at a different store and did not have the machine to charge it to my card. She said she now does most of her out of state clients by Western Union. Within 1/2 an hour I went to Western Union - paid almost $500, called Angela within the hour of which she stated she had been to Western Union and received the money for my purchase. She said she had new product in that day, so she wanted to get it out to me immediately (that same day) which is why she also wanted me to send it via cash-Western Union and not wait until Monday, when she was at her other office to charge the purchase. To date I still have no product, (IT IS NOW OCT 19) I am out all of my money, I have emailed and called and Angela has ignored all of my correspondence and attempts to contact her. it occurred to me after all this that is was strange she had me send the cash Western Union money to ""Angela McDonnald"" and NOT ""Lasting Control."" She has stolen my money from me, has ignored all my calls, emails and requests for rectifying the matter - including the return of my money due to not receiving my order. My next step is to inform the DEA and the Attorney General?s Office, of which I hope they will consider this to be a federal offense due to the fact this transaction of FRAUD occurred across state lines, and is also mail fraud. I trusted I could send cash to owner/Angela considering she is The Owner, and I have dealt with the company for three years. However, after this theft, and several other factors, I now have to take this through the Justice System

Cons: ANGELA TOOK MY MONEY IN HER NAME AND NOT THE COMPANY'S AND I RECEIVED NO PRODUCTS . SHE NOW IGNORES ALL TELEPHONE CALLS AND EMAILS
