I ordered from these guys for years and was happy with the mediocre food and speedy delivery. Well, one day they majorly screwed up my order. I had to beg the restaurant to send the right order. Then the delivery guy practically threw my food at me. Then, when I called back to express my displeasure with the entire interaction, the manager told me that he had no intention of apologizing and that ""if I wanted not to order again, )(#@*% you"" ... this is after a year of loyally ordering from them 5-6 times a week!
Pros: Cheap diner-like food
Cons: Delivery staff is RUDE and yells at customers
