All of the physical therapists here are excellant. However, I had chronic problems with one individiual at the front desk giving me incorrect appointment times (I suspect she had a conflict with my physical therapist). This has never been a problem for me at any other facility. I started making appointment cards at the desk to make sure it wasn't me, but the problem persisted. Also, I overheard staff discussing other clients having the same problem. If you schedule here, I suggest you be sure to confirm the appointment, and insist the person at the desk fill out the appointment card.
