Hey listen I was a BIG fan up until that experience. My mother and I went there often and spoke frequently to the owner and waiters. I'm not bitter or unable to resolve conflict, so please, spare me that evaluation. My family was treated beyond shabby and humiliated almost upon arrival. I don't think that needs a conversation. There are some words for what was missing. They're called common decency, service 101, and an apology. I'm glad some people get good service and find their experiences pleasant but they've muddied their waters with me forever.
