Horrible service! I called them for a car lock out and they said they'd arrive in 30 mins. 30 minutes later, I call the company back wondering where the tow truck is and the guy on the phone says "well, you called me 10 minutes ago so it's going to take 30 minutes for my driver to get to you." He even had the nerve to say that he just checked his phone records to see when I called. I know very well the time I called for service. Then, when the truck finally came, the fee was $55, but I only had $60 with me. Thinking that I'd get change back, the truck driver said that he had absolutely no cash on him and he would not be able to give me my $5 back. Who does not carry around cash on a job like this? I also did not get a receipt for the services conducted. DO NOT, i repeat, do not use this company for roadside assistance.
