My dog came back hungry, dehydrated, disoreinted, not himself, lacerations on his nose. The dog appeared as if he got no attention by humans whatsoever.\r
The bill was made out to somebody else.\r
We had to pay for a microchip insertion, but according to my own vet there is no microchip.\r
Legal action pending.\r
