I have been a client of Terry Huskey's since I moved here from NYC in 1981. He is a wonder with long hair and probably THE best colorist in Atlanta. Terry's philosophy is to work with his clients to give them exactly what they ask for. Everyone I have recommended Terry to absolutely loves him and his work. A few years back I decided to grow my hair to donate to Locks of Love. He totally supported me even tho' it meant losing business. When we finally reached the goal of 10"" ponytail, instead of one ponytail in the back, he sectioned my hair off into four usable ponytails of equal length. The surprise after cutting my hair for Locks of Love, is that it is naturally curly in the back. I love that. Terry has been very creative in getting my hair to grow into the look I want while still keeping the curls in the back. He is an incredibly kind and gentle person. My mom has dementia. When she moved up here a few years back, he went out of his way to treat her like a princess. When her mood was dark, he found ways to make her laugh and draw her back up. As for the salon itself, it is conveniently located on Pharr Road in Buckhead. Parking is FREE! In Buckhead!
