I had not eaten here in a few years, and was looking forward to my visit. I was more than a little dissapointed by the meal, they did not have any boiled shrimp or raw oysters that day and we ordered the giant seafood platter. There was lots of food (we ordered the platter for 2 and it was enough for 4), but the breading was a little heavy and the seafood itself not so flavorful. The gumbo was very good however as was the mac and cheese.\r

All in all, I think you get a better friend seafood meal at Deanie's.\r
