I purchased a couch and love seat at Hilton Furniture the very first new furniture that me & my husband ever bought, loved it the first couple of weeks then it went down hill from there the recliner foot rest padding came off, I called the store to tell them about it, I spoke to a manger name Jose who told me to bring the sofa and the loveseat to their ware house and they would fix it, when I told him that I barely bought this 2 weeks ago and we don't have a truck to bring it and the fact that we spent $1900 plus tax on the sofas and also paid $100 for delivery, he got real loud and rude with me and started screaming at me and told me I should learn how to read since their invoice clearly states that customer has to bring the furniture for all repairs back to their warehouse. Any ways we took the furniture over there on Wednesday so my husband had to get off work early, when we got there I saw the owner Hilton and decided to tell him about the rude treatment his manager had given me, he told me I should have read the Invoice before signing. I called 2 dozen time and after 3 weeks finally got the furniture ofcouse we had to go back and pick it up on there time, not mine. In 2 months the same thing happened again didn't call because it was a waste of my time. the quality of the product is very poor. I'm looking for new living room furniture and that place is not on my list.\r I have only had the furniture for 4 months in which 3 weeks it was at their warehouse. I will never shop there since I wasted more than $2200, now i know how the guy can afford to buy Comets selling cheap furniture and charging an arm and a leg for it. Pros: No Pros Cons: Bad customer service, they yell at you. The owner just care about your money not you more
