When I took my clothes in on Wednesday this business said my clothes would most likely be ready on Friday (all that needed to be done was taking up the hem), but they would be sure to be done the following Tuesday. They weren't done, no one called to tell me they weren't done, I showed up and was told they were working on them and to return in a hour. I returned 24 hours later and they still were no done. I was flatly refused a refund and they didn't seem to care one bit that they had not delivered the items when they said they would. I felt lied to and angry. I would recommend that no one visits this business on principle alone.

Cons: everything else - the workers, the work, the timeliness of services
