I presented a coupon when I dropped my things off and they took the coupon. I assumed at that point it would be honored. When I picked up my items I was told that the coupon did not apply to my items because they were not dry cleaning -- they were ""laundry."" The coupon listed the things it didn't apply to and dress shirts were not listed. Nonetheless, I was left with a hefty bill. The bottom line is that I should have been told when I presented my items and the coupon that the coupon didn't apply, but I'm sure they didn't do that because they knew they would get more money out of me. This place is awful -- it's too expensive and they have no problem misleading their customers...the clerk even admitted to me that the coupon is misleading. If you think it's misleading, CHANGE IT!
