I usually dont write reviews but in this case I had to, I love pizza and italian food but this place was simply not up to par in many areas. I noticed that people on here dont really review the food but rather that they liked that they had TVs to watch. Im not complaining about the TV's, but if thats the best a italian pizzeria has to offer thats pretty sad. The customer service was horrible and it seemed that as I watched the waitresses ""serve"" the customers and take orders (not at your table mind you, YOU have to go up to them) that they had a brown nose syndrome. The grease on these pizza slices are simply outrageous. My plate might as well have been a bowl in order to contain it all. I felt nautious just looking at it. Dont get me wrong I loves me some grease, but COME ON, I could have filled up my gas tank in my car with a pizza. If you want CHEAP prices, TVs to watch, and the same quality type of pizza as Roccos your better off going to Shakeys down Fiarfax. If you actually want GOOD pizza and italian food you go to Jonny's New York Pizza down Wilshire a few blocks. I have a few friends who also went to Rocco's and got sick from the food, so thats what prompted me to write this as well as the bad expierence I had there myself. Please, Im only trying to help you out, check out another pizza joint worthy of your money and loyalty.
Pros: sadly, the only thing good was they had TVs you can watch - perhaps in hopes to get your attention off the horrible customer service and food.
Cons: Bad service, neglected customers, chit chatty waitresses with other crew members, horrible greasy pizza, and just too pricey for what you get.
