We waited 10 minutes to be ""seen"" for our drink orders. then another waiter came and took our burger order. 45 minutes later, and several trips up to ask them what was taking so long, the staff were very dismissive and acted like it wasn't their fault. They kept saying it was a computer problem. The waiter came and gave us all kinds of excuses, but he was defensive from the start. I mean, mistakes happen. Whether it's your fault or not, waiters have been apologizing since time began for things like this. Just say you're sorry. You don't have to offer us a drink or comp anything. Just say look, I'm really sorry that happened! The burger was decent but our waiter never apologized for the eons it took, and the fact that others came in after us and got their food. He kept saying it was a computer problem. well, that's fine! just say, I'm sorry! That was a simple thing that we would have just accepted. Instead, he kept acting like we were the ones with a problem. The bartender ignored us, and the waitress was busy flirting with regular customers. It was the oddest experience ever. It's like they took one look at us and we were shunned. we were wearing normal clothes, dressed nicely, not cussing or acting rudely. I will never go back there.
