I walked in this salon for the first time,couple weeks ago and i 've left very dissapointed and with an huge bill on top of the way i was treated: very rushed,water dripping all over my face and shirt.No customer service at all,no consultation with the styilist,she would'nt even listen to what i have to say and the end result of my color and haircut was a disaster.I have tried to complain,ask for the manager ,but she was too busy at that moment.The only good thing that makes me feel better is that,while i was leaving the salon ,Livia spoke to me,she saw how i was treated and she handed me the card,apologizing.I ve checked references on Livia and i am seeing her next time.That 's what happens when u walk in a new salon ,without references..You my end up in Robin's chair,like me..........
