First of all, they use the same emory board that someone else has used. It looked pratically worn out. Also, she put the heat fan next to my nail that it caused my polish to bubble up. I have been to various places before and this was by far my worse experience. I just felt the place to be very unclean. I paid extra for a spa pedicure which meant that I got to sit in a massage chair for 10 minutes before moving me to another station to do my nails. Horrible experience!
