Sure this place is lower income and that's fine, but wow. They charge way too much for a worthless dump of an apartment with a kitchen the size of a closet. The floors have dryrot so it creeks, pops, and sinks when you walk on it. I'm talking HUGE areas where the floor has dryrot and you feel like you're going to fall through. They won't fix anything when you put in repair requests. Both our bathroom and kitchen sinks leak and we've put in multiple requests in the last year. They are not fixed to this day. They even shut off the water without telling residents. They knew about the repair and when the company would be out to fix it, but never told any residents so they could prepare. We had our water shut off before 9am while taking a shower! Some of our neighbors are nice, but the majority of people are crazy, trashy, or worse! The cops are always out here and we often hear screaming and fighting at odd hours. If you move here don't expect to get sleep on weekends. The management won't do anything about people who party till 5am when you can even manage to talk to a manager. They are not in the office most of the time and NEVER on weekends. DO NOT RENT HERE unless you are desperate! We are out of here!
